 High blood pressure is the biggest cause of heart attack. To prevent the risk of heart attack, it is most important that you keep your blood pressure under control. If your blood pressure is more than 120-80, then this is a danger bell for your heart. Try to reduce it now. 


Stop Smoking Tobacco:

 Tobacco contains nicotine, which increases blood pressure levels. Smoking causes harm not only to you, but also to your loved ones. So stop smoking today. 


Reduce the salt Consumption:

Do not consume too much salt. If you have high blood pressure, then use less salt, eat less sugar. The sodium found in salt increases blood pressure. So do not consume more than a teaspoon of salt throughout the day. 


No Junk Food:

Say no to junk food and do not consume more than 20 grams of fatty food a day. Try to have at least a fatty diet in your diet. Both these things are responsible for the fluctuations of your kidneys and heart blood pressure. Junk food is full of these things, stay away from them. 


Sprouts As  Daily Food:

Include sprouts in your food. In the morning breakfast, take sprouts as far as possible. Consuming pulses sprouted in the morning breakfast increases the level of good cholesterol in your body, which is very beneficial for blood pressure and heart. 


Workout/Exercise Daily:

Due to high blood pressure, there is accumulation of fat in the blood vessels of our heart. When this fat gets deposited in the veins, the blood flow to the heart decreases and the blood pressure starts to rise more rapidly. So exercise daily. Fat is easily digested and does not cause obesity and you can lead a healthy life. If you are unable to exercise, then do 30 minutes of hard work in the day like gardening, house cleaning. 


Meditation/Relaxation:

Include relaxation in your routine . Take time to relax your body and mind. It is very important for a healthy life to be healthy for both body and mind. Be sure to relieve yourself of your office fatigue and part-time work. For this you should adopt music or any of your favorite hobbies. 


Get Health Checkup:

 Health checkup should be done by your whole family from time to time. Do these checkups at least once a year.

Consult a doctor Do not become your own doctor. If you feel headache, dizziness, irritability etc., seek medical advice immediately. Do not take any medicine on your own. These problems are usually caused by high blood pressure. In such a situation, taking any medicine without medical advice can be expensive.
