Everyone is forced to stay home due to the Corona virus lockdown. In such a situation, lifestyle has been greatly affected. In this changing lifestyle, most people are also facing complaints like constipation. Though earlier it was also caused by junk food, over-eating and smoking and alcohol, but drinking less water, not taking the right diet, stress and some meticin also causes this problem. Due to this, problems like changing mood, anxiety, lack of mind at work, not only this, in addition to this, there are also complaints of stomach swelling, weight loss, and in some cases vomiting. There are many uses mentioned for this in Ayurveda.  Take milk at night at bedtime: According to Ayurveda, mixing one spoon of ghee in one cup of milk at bedtime provides relief in it.  According to Ayurveda, fennel also helps in relieving constipation, for this, by roasting fennel, drinking one teaspoon of roasted fennel with warm water at bedtime also provides relief in constipation.  Constipation is also relieved by eating soaked figs in warm water. Figs are said to contain fiber that benefits your digestive power.  If someone has constipation problem, wash 5 Munks in the evening and boil them in a glass of milk in the evening, then remove the seeds from it at bedtime and eat raisins and drink warm milk on top.
