2. Most people start complaining of stomach ache after drinking soda on empty stomach. Actually, soda contains a very high amount of corbonate acid. When we drink it on an empty stomach, it combines with the acid present in the stomach and causes many problems.
3. Tea and coffee should also not be drunk on an empty stomach. Actually, drinking it increases acidity and causes heartburn and indigestion problems throughout the day.
